Notify-me when a product ships
Eidolon University, CLEAN, Care, Clinic, Industry, Primary, and Secondary are not yet generally available. To be notified when each ships — or when their beta opens — email hello@eidolonai.co.uk with the product name in the subject line. We don't run a marketing list, so you'll only get emails about that specific product.
Where we are
Eidolon AI is a UK-headquartered company. We don't publish a postal address publicly; for contracts and formal correspondence, the address is included in the signed contract or DPA.
Response times
- Support & security: within 48 hours (often same day).
- Privacy / DSARs: within 7 days for acknowledgement, 30 days for resolution.
- Sales / press: within 5 working days.
